Polonnaruwa👀💓

                I was born in Polonnaruwa. Polonnaruwa is a historical and sacred place. There are many places to see in Polonnaruwa. People come from almost everywhere to visit Polonnaruwa. My village is full of tourists. I never hesitate to call my village Polonnaruwa. People say that Polonnaruwa is a difficult region, but if you look at the places to see here, no one will say that there are none. That's why I'm posting about places to visit in Polonnaruwa on this blog. 

When you arrive in Polonnaruwa, the first thing you see is the Minneri Lake. Minneri Lake is a very beautiful place. I also published a separate blog about Minneri Lake. Minneri Lake is a very beautiful and special Lake.

                             

Then we find the Girithale Lake. The Girithale Lake is the same. There is also a beautiful Buddha statue near the Girithale Lake. This is also a very beautiful place. 

                          

The Polonnaruwa Gal Vihara is a place where everyone who comes to Polonnaruwa goes. The Polonnaruwa Gal Vihara is a famous place. Polonnaruwa Gal Vihara is a site where the ruins of the palaces of ancient kings are located.

                              

There is the Parakrama Samudra in Polonnaruwa itself. Very beautiful place. It would be great fun if we could stay until the evening to watch the sunset near Parakrama Samudra.

                             

Ginipetti Bridge is another beautiful place to visit in Polonnaruwa. There's a place where you can swim, and a place where the kids can play. Somawathi is another special place that anyone visiting Polonnaruwa should visit. Somawathiya is a historical and sacred place where the right canine tooth relic of Lord Buddha is enshrined. 

                         

So Polonnaruwa is a very beautiful sacred city. Polonnaruwa is also known as the kingdom of Tanks. That's why I am very proud of my hometown where I was born.
